Payment for this booking is now due.
Please arrange to bring payment with you on the day. Payments can be made by cheque or credit card.
You can either pay with your own credit card or complete a booking form and fill in your organisations credit card details. Cheques should be made payable to 'Media Trust'.
Please note that we do not accept cash.
We are no longer able to issue invoices however a receipt will be sent to you upon receiving your payment.
Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations must be made in writing or via email to trainingevents@mediatrust.org and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking, delegate contact details and booking number (if booked through the website). Only cancellations in writing will be accepted.
A cancellation made one month or more before the event will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel less than a month, but more than seven days before the event, you will be charged 50% of the event fee. If a cancellation is made within seven days of the event, you will be charged 100% of the fee. Non-attendance on the day will also incur the full fee. A substitute delegate is always welcome but please notify us of this change.
In exceptional circumstances this fee may be waived, at the discretion of the Head of Events. In such circumstances, you should write to the Head of Events giving full details of why you were unable to attend enclosing any supporting documentation e.g. a doctor's note.
Please note, it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, speakers or timings of the event. Media Trust will not accept liability for transport disruption or individual transport delays. In the case of Media Trust cancelling a course, we will offer you an alternative date, or a full refund.
Booking a Media Trust event indicates acceptance of our booking conditions.
