Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations must be made in writing or via email to trainingevents@mediatrust.org and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking, delegate contact details and booking number (if booked through the website). Only cancellations in writing will be accepted.
A cancellation made one month or more before the event will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel less than a month, but more than seven days before the event, you will be charged 50% of the event fee. If a cancellation is made within seven days of the event, you will be charged 100% of the fee. Non-attendance on the day will also incur the full fee. A substitute delegate is always welcome but please notify us of this change.
In exceptional circumstances this fee may be waived, at the discretion of the Head of Events. In such circumstances, write to the Head of Events giving full details of why you were unable to attend enclosing any supporting documentation e.g. a doctor's note.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, speakers or timings of the event. Media Trust will not accept liability for transport disruption or individual transport delays. In the case of Media Trust cancelling a course, we will offer you an alternative date, or a full refund.
