Charity call to tackle coastal walk

Keen walkers are being encouraged to enjoy a coastal stroll around Pembrokeshire to raise funds for vulnerable children.

Action For Children is calling on walkers, trekkers and ramblers of all abilities to take part in its 25 mile event.

The event in Pembrokeshire from July 13 to 15 will help Action For Children support the most vulnerable and neglected children, young people and their families.

Lucy Johnson, Action For Children fundraiser, said: "From Solva to Trefin - trekking north to south, this fantastic weekend trek not only takes in some of the best coastal scenery in the UK, but also raises valuable funds for the most vulnerable and neglected children across Wales.

"Whether you're an experienced walker or ramble for fun, we would be delighted to have you trek for Action For Children and support you in this fantastic challenge."

Participants will receive a charity T-shirt and a fundraising pack.
