Alexandra Burke will perform in the Royal Albert Hall at a concert marking World Hunger Day.
The X Factor winner will replace Alison Moyet who had to pull out of the London gig due to travel complications.
In a statement, Moyet apologised to fans. She said: "I'm so disappointed to be missing the show and wish everyone on stage and in the audience a wonderful evening for an important cause."
The Dionne Warwick And Friends concert, organised by The Hunger Project UK (THP), also features Sir Cliff Richard, Boy George, Tony Hadley, Joe McElderry, Katie Melua, and Rumer.
Burke said: "I'm delighted to be able to help The Hunger Project and Alison by taking part in this fabulous concert. It's going to be an amazing night and I'm so thrilled to be working with the legendary Dionne Warwick too."
Tim Holder, from THP UK, said: "Obviously we are sorry not to have Alison at the Royal Albert Hall, but we look forward to working with this wonderful artist in the future.
"We are so grateful that everyone has pulled together to create what is already an incredible show, now made even more special with the announcement that the incredible Alexandra Burke will be joining us."
The concert is on May 28 from 7.30pm. Tickets are priced from £20 and are available from http://www.royalalberthall.com or by calling the box office on 020 7589 8212.
