Tinnitus sufferers and their families will be able to get free information on the hearing condition at a special event.
The British Tinnitus Association (BTA) is calling on people who are affected by the condition, their friends and families to attend the one-day event on June 30.
The charity, which supports those with tinnitus and their families, will be holding the event at the Holiday Inn in Cardiff as part of a national road show, which aims to encourage better tinnitus awareness.
Speakers will include tinnitus expert Don McFerran and clinical psychologist Danuta Orlowska.
Yoga and tai chi taster sessions will also be held to relax people with the condition, which describes the sensation of hearing a ringing or buzzing nose, when there is no external sound.
David Stockdale, chief executive officer of BTA, said: "We're really looking forward to the tinnitus road show.
"The team of experts that we have assembled for the event, as well as the diverse talks, relaxation sessions and exhibitors, make for a vibrant and comprehensive programme."
The BTA initiative has received funding from the Lottery's Awards For All grant scheme.
The event at the Holiday Inn, Castle Street, Cardiff, will run from 10am to 4pm.
