An annual charity ball which has raised more than £2.6 million for good causes since it was started in 1988 will this year help the Rainbow Trust.
The Swapsball was started by volunteers in the derivatives market and swaps trading industry and is held in London every October.
Previous charities to benefit from the Swapsball include The Prostate Cancer Charity, Starlight, Capital 95.8FM's Help A London Child, The Bobby Moore Fund and The Seve Ballesteros Foundation.
The 2012 Swapsball takes place at The Dorchester, Park Lane, on October 5. Proceeds will support the Rainbow Trust children's charity which provides emotional and practical support for families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness.
On the night there will also be a charity auction and prizes.
Tickets cost £175 and tables are for 10 people. To register interest in a table call Emma Manitta da Cruz on 07721 747135 or email emma@atomixsolutions.net. Emma can also be contacted about auction items and sponsorship opportunities.
