Registration is now open for an annual Midnight Walk which raises funds for Treetops Hospice in Derby.
The women-only-event starts and ends at Derby Rugby Football Club and follows a seven-mile route through Derby city centre, starting at 10pm.
It's the third time Treetops, which cars for adults in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire with life-limiting illnesses, has organised the event. Last year, 452 women took part helping to raise £41,000. This year, they hope to beat that total.
Gay Evans, community fundraiser at Treetops Hospice, said: "The Moonlight Walk is such a fun way of supporting the hospice, and I really hope we can build on the success of last year. Ideally, we'd like to raise at least £50,000 this year, but we can only do that if people sign up and join us on the night."
Registration for the June 22 event costs £10. To register, visit http://www.treetopshospice.org.uk. All entrants receive a free T-shirt.
