Block A, Centre House
Thursday 7th June 2012
A Shetland pony who wears unusual padded boots on her front feet will meet shoppers at a shoe store.
Nazia, who lives at Whitchurch-based HorseWorld, near Bristol, will visit Brantano Avonmeads during its family fun day.
During the day, Nazia will be thanking staff at the shop who have agreed to raise funds for replacement boots, which are needed every six to nine months, at a cost of £120 a pair.
Nazia has lived at HorseWorld since 2003 after being rescued from Greece. She arrived with overgrown feet, a matted coat, and was extremely underweight, but has since fully recovered.
The fun day takes place on June 9 with Nazia on site from 2.15pm to 4.30pm.
