Teams and individuals are needed to take on a one-day challenge of paddling, walking and cycling to help a good cause.
The Paddle, Plod and Pedal Challenge will see teams of 8 to 12 people paddling a bell boat 14 miles along the River Avon from Pershore to Tewkesbury before striding out for 15 miles to Kempsey and then cycling back to Pershore for a hog roast and after party.
RBS NatWest piloted the event last year for St Richard's Hospice, in Worcester, and it was such a success the charity has decided to open it to the public. A team from the bank will be taking part this year when it takes place on June 23.
There is no entry fee for the event, but there is a fundraising target of £250 for individuals or £2,500 for teams.
St Richard's fundraiser Sara Fernie said: "This is a great way for colleagues or friends to put together a team and take on a tough but achievable challenge and have a memorable day."
