Georgia Dussaud

Prior to Media Trust Georgia spent ten years producing programming for mainstream UK platforms through her own independent production company Two Hats Film and Television. Highlights include several series of indie award-winning comedy drama Cavegirl for BBC and twice Bafta nominated Harry and Cosh for Five. She also executive produced a number of entertainment, documentary and animation series.
Since joining Media Trust as Executive Producer in 2006, Georgia has been responsible for the production of a number of films, notably Summit About the Boy which won the 2008 IVCA Award for Best Television Programme. Other credits include Charge, the youth magazine show on Community Channel promoting volunteering and social action, and Russell Brand presents Mediabox which was produced to support the Mediabox young filmmaker’s competition with Channel 4. Additionally, StreetLife London, commissioned by Government Office for London, was produced for screening at the London Youth Violence Summit and for widespread DVD distribution.
Georgia is currently Head of Content at Media Trust, responsible for the development, production and delivery of all content production across the organisation.
Executive Producer
Jane Stephenson
Before joining Media Trust Productions, Jane spent over 15 years working for the BBC and Channel 4 directing films about elderly care, breast cancer, drug and alcohol addiction and rape. As Creative Director, Jane has produced IVCA award-winning films for the charities Addaction, Being Breast Aware and Shelter. For Sky 1 she produced Abnormally Funny People which won a Superfest Award and for Channel Five the highly acclaimed series Mad for Arts and Mad for Poetry.
