Can you spare an hour or two to help a charity with their communications or would you prefer to get involved on an ongoing basis? Would you like to help an organisation in your local community or is it more important to you to choose a cause that is close to your heart? Whatever your availability or motivations our Media Matching service has a wide range of requests from voluntary organisations that would welcome and appreciate your expertise. If you haven’t yet done so, first register for a website username and password and then fill in a simple advisor form. This won't take long and makes sure we have the most up-to-date details for all our advisors and voluntary organisations.
Speedmatching
Speedmatching is a great way to find your ideal volunteering partner.

Help promote a charity film
Could you help a charity promote a short film they have just had produced? Media Trust Productions has produced 5 x 3 minute films for 5 small charities using volunteers in the TV industry. Charities would like help so that they can use the films to fundraise, increase their profile and/or recruit more volunteers for their projects. Could you spare an hour or two to advise a charity? Speak at our one of our training events 
Another way to volunteer your skills is by speaking at or hosting one of our training events, you will be able to help a number of charities and voluntary organizations in one go. Our Training and Events team produce 150 seminars and workshops tailored to the Third Sector each year. They are always interested in hearing from communications professionals like yourself eager to donate their time and share their expertise as speaker.
