You need to unlearn what you know about writing to be accessible and engaging online. Get a headstart with our writing workshop for websites and learn from leading digital experts to apply the principles to your website, e-newsletters, emails and social media. Make sure you're being appropriate, genuine and engaging to get the right people to notice you.

Ideal for you if you want to write great copy that gets read and gets a reaction online.

Level: Develop specialist skills.

Past delegate's best bit: "All of it, speaker delivered the content professionally and made the subject much easier to navigate." - Fredericks Foundation.

Back at work you'll understand how people read online, write for your readers and your medium and structure your content appropriately.
