You need to unlearn what you know about writing to be accessible and engaging online. Get a headstart with our writing workshop for websites and learn from Trinity Mirror's editorial team about how to apply the principles to your website, e-newsletters, emails and social media. Make sure you're being appropriate, genuine and engaging to get the right people to notice you.

Ideal for you if you want to write great copy that gets read and gets a reaction online.

Level: Develop specialist skills.

Past delegate's best bit: "All of it, speaker delivered the content professionally and made the subject much easier to navigate." - Fredericks Foundation.

Back at work you'll understand how people read online, write for your readers and your medium and structure your content appropriately.

About the trainer:

Suchandrika Chakrabarti, Online Editorial Training Officer, Trinity Mirror

Suchandrika is Online Editorial Training Officer for the Daily Mirror, mostly for Mirror.co.uk. She also trains up Daily Mirror paper journalists, and collaborates with colleagues across Trinity Mirror. She has worked in journalism for ten years, starting with evening shifts uploading the Guardian and the Observer newspapers to the web, then spending several years working on stories and video for The Associated Press. She went on to become Acquisitions Co-ordinator for Community Channel, and then run the late, great Community Newswire, a joint venture between Media Trust and Press Association. She is very keen on news about cute animals.
