Jim Rothnie, new business director, McCann Erickson Manchester

Jim has 20 years experience handling communications strategy for public and private sectors including Greater Manchester Ambulance Service and the NHS and in the private sector with clients such as MFI, Proctor & Gamble, 02 and Bulmers. He became New Business Director in 2010.

Michelle Daniels, news editor, BBC Manchester

Michelle has worked as news editor and senior broadcast journalist in Manchester for the last 14 years, also working with online, regional television and regional newsgathering teams in London. She is North West representative on the English Regions training forum and a member of the College of Journalism Network.

Justin McKeown, Director & Founder, Mission Agency Ltd

Justin has more than 15 years experience as a public relations consultant in private, public and third sectors, with clients including: JustGiving.com, BT Social Responsibility Unit and Business Link. A former divisional director at Grayling and national council member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) he sits on the External Advisory Panel for Public Relations Studies at Leeds Business School. Awards include Consultancy of the Year at the European Excellence Awards, Best CSR Campaign at the CIPR Excellence Awards, Best Public Sector Campaign at the Fresh PR Awards.

Eamonn O'Neal, managing editor, M.E.N. Media, publisher of the Manchester Evening NewsAs well as his work at M.E.N. Eamon has presented many programmes for ITV Granada and has been a presenter with BBC Manchester since 1987. He has worked at ITV Network production in London, was executive producer of Regional Programmes and acting eirector of broadcasting at ITV Granada and has won a number of Royal Television Society Awards for presentation and production. A founding member and chair of the Cultural Diversity Network North, he was a board member of North West Vision & Media. Since 2005 he has been a director of Manchester based independent film and television production company Centini .
