Time:
8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Description:

We all want to reach the widest audiences and persuade people to take up our services, but are you sure your communications are getting through? Whether or not you’re specifically targeting ‘hard to reach’ groups, disabled people, or people with English as a second language, you should catch up with the Equalities Act 2010 and with communications best practice to make your materials accessible to more people.

Ideal for you if:

You want to be sure your communications aren’t excluding whole sections of your target market

Back at work, you’ll:

•    Understand access, inclusion, discrimination, and stay legal
•    Make your language meaningful, polite and concise
•    Avoid common mistakes with styles and design so your message can get through
