Caroline Diehl MBE
Chief Executive, Media Trust
Caroline Diehl is Chief Executive and Founder of Media Trust. She was awarded the MBE for services to the media industry and has been the recipient of the Ernst & Young 'Social Entrepreneur of the Year' award. A trustee of the Small Charities Coalition and the World Film Collective, Caroline is also on the Advisory Council of INSEAD's Social Entrepreneurship Programme.
Gavin Sheppard
Director of Marketing and Communications Services
Gavin leads marketing and communications services, including training and resources, media volunteers, Press Association partnership Community Newswire and the national marketing and communications infrastructure programme. He launched Media Trust's pioneering digital media work with communities - Community Voices - and leads marketing and brand across all Media Trust activities.
Mark Dodd
Digital Media Director
Mark leads the Digital Media Team and is responsible for the digital and social media strategies for Media Trust's digital platforms, including its websites and TV channel. Heading up the editorial output of the Community Channel is also a key area of his responsibilities.
Katie Lloyd
Creative Media Director and Deputy CEO
Katie manages the Creative Media Department leading on PR, public affairs, youth projects, content production and distribution across Media Trust. She headed up the communications and distribution for Mediabox, and launched a youth mentoring scheme linking media professionals to disadvantaged young people.
Mark Boisson
Finance & Resources Director
Mark provides strategic and operational leadership to the finance, HR, admin and IT teams. He also leads on risk management, plays a key role in governance and works closely with the Audit Committee. In his spare time, Mark does voluntary work as a board member of a housing organisation and as a governor in one of his local colleges.
Fariba S. Kellaway
Fundraising Director
Fariba is responsible for shaping and developing a long-term fundraising strategy that will maximise income generation for the Trust. This includes raising funds from a range of sources, devising and implementing integrated fundraising strategies and building internal and external partnerships. She brings with her a substantial track record of raising income from a variety of sources, including trusts and foundations, the corporate sector and major donors.
