Volunteer Production Assistant

Reporting to: Head of Productions
Term: 3 months
Hours: 4/5 days per week

Volunteer role ideally for 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 3 months
Public transport travel expenses reimbursed, subject to a weekly maximum
Daily subsistence reimbursed, subject to a daily maximum

Job description

We are looking for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain/build experience to join a busy production team, which creates a variety of content.  You will gain an invaluable insight into production, assisting the Production Co-ordinator with the smooth running of multiple productions at every stage - from the pitching process, through to client delivery.

Key responsibilities

•    Aiding in sourcing and booking crew and equipment.
•    Keeping production paperwork up to date
•    Assisting with arranging shoots
•    Attending shoots when necessary
•    Assisting with shoot paperwork and documentation, such as call sheets, release forms etc.
•    Helping with sourcing and clearance of copyright material
•    Maintaining and updating project folders and schedules
•    Liaising with existing and new clients
•    Undertaking general research
•    General office duties

Productions is a tightly resourced team and you may be asked to carry out duties not specified in you role brief or occasionally work flexible hours if needed.
