Highlights include:

More than 3,600 charity professionals trained in marketing and communications skills through our training & events programme.

Community Newswire, our partnership with the Press Association, was used by over 2,000 organisations during the year, including 756 for the first time.

We made more than 750 'matches' between charitable organisations and volunteer media/communications experts, exceeding our target by over 15%.
